Freshman Year : For All Engineering Students

I believe: "sharing good is caring", so, I decided to share some of the important videos, for all the engineering students, who are about to start their first semester especially in NUST. 
so here you go..

1. Calculus:
First, foremost and the dearest subject of students is "Calculus", this will make you both cry and smile. So, if you want to do it well ,here are some videos:

2. Applied Physics:
Applied Physics abbreviated as "AP" is the second favorite subject of engineers at NUST (on a lighter note). 
3. Discrete Mathematics:
I took this subject very light, but it isn't, so you need to put effort in it too. (exceptional cases are always there).
4. Fundamentals of Programming:
Well, this course is important generally for everyone but particularly for Computer Science and Software Engineering students. In the first semester, I learned Python. I am not sure about the programming language for this year. But, the crucial thing is to make your concepts really strong, and long lasting.
  • W3 School: When you talk about coding, how can you forget W3 School.
So, these were some videos and websites that I wanted to share with you. I hope, you will find this helpful.

We have seen that data modeling is really important before jumping into predictive modeling.  In this article, we will cover the Relational Data Model (RDM). The word "the best" is the 3rd form of Good. We use "the best" for the thing that is incomparable . So do you want to be "the best" ? if yes...then read below... Do you know who invented the wheel ? Probably not. But you are using this invention. There is hardly any machine that is not using "the wheel". The concept of machine is vague without the existence of wheel.  Again I am asking you the question... Do you know who invented the bulb? Probably yes. Obviously yes. His name was "Thomas Alva Edison" . Edison made many inventions and bulb is one of his best. "We" use bulb in our daily lives, without this invention our nights would be the same dark (physically). Pay attention to the word "We" in the above paragraph. so yes, my friends if you want to be the best software engineer, then you need or you should create/invent something that is for the whole mankind till the doomsday .

John Z. Sonmez explains in his book :  "Soft Skills: The Software Developer's Life Manual"  that the attitude of leave me alone, I just want to write code ! Won't work in the life of software developers. Because like other fields, software developer needs to deal with people more than with the computer.So, software developers must work on their soft skills/ people skills. If the software developer is writing code, in that case too, he/ she is writing code for people. The software developer first consider the people's requirements for the product. And in today's blog post we will be writing about data engineer applications. Brain, a computer virus? who wrote this? when? Pakistani? How? Who? ? ? ? Ohh please calm down, I am giving the answers... Just Listen.. I mean Just Read.. Brain is one of the Boot Sector Computer Virus. Boot sector is the area of the hard disk, CD, DVD, CD-ROM and other storage devices that contains the machine code. The machine code is the one that is loaded into the computer RAM by the built-in firmware of computing system. The main purpose of Boot sector is to boot (start) the computer program loading process into the computer system.🔥🔥🔥 where was I, ya..  Brain ! so brain is the First Computer Virus, that is written in September 1986 by Two Pakistani Brothers Amjad Farooq Alvi and Basit Farooq Alvi . Someone once said:  The past cannot be changed, forgotten, edited, or erased. It can only be accepted . But then programming came into being and it stated that "you can change your past, but only the code past". Meaning; what you have coded earlier you can change, edit and improve it. And for that you need to have something like revision history, from where you can get the idea of what you have done (coded) in the past.  Questioning.. So how would you keep the history of your code? Would you make several copies after doing each and every change? Or will you opt for "control/command + z"?
